Epoxy AB Glue two component adhesive designed to deliver strong durable bonds on metal plastic wood and ceramic surfaces

1. Properties

DY-E501 Clear Epoxy Adhesive is developed by advanced and environmentally-friendly technique and imported raw materials. It is characterized with being clear, fast curing, strong bonding, and bonding a wide range of materials. It is resistant to water, oil, acid, and alkali.

2. Applications

DY-E501 is applicable to bonding and repairing LED lights, machinery, electronics, instrumentation, automotive, shipbuilding, textile, construction, chemical industry, aviation, medical equipment. It forms excellent bonding to various rigid substances such as metal, ceramic, marble, glass, wood and plastics.

3. Directions

• Clear the contaminants like water, dusts, oil of the substrate surface to keep it clean, dry and smooth.
• Mix part A and part B at the ratio of 1:1
• Apply the mixture onto the substrate to be bonded. Press and rotate the substrates while bonding.
• Initial cure is in 5 minutes. It’ll take 12 hours to reach its maximum strength. It can be operated at -60℃~100℃.
• More treatment is needed when necessary after its curing to reach its greatest effect.
• The adhesive is viscous, which is normal.

• The adhesive is irritable to skin and eyes.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• In case of skin or eye contact, flush with water and seek medical treatment immediately if necessary.
